A large automotive OEM and its dealership network turned to WONGDOODY to help it redesign its lucrative financing process to protect it from competitors and consumer distrust. By watching how consumers used the antiquated process, we developed new insights about the experience they wanted. Shocker – they asked for transparency and ease. We gave it to them. Now they can easily upload documents, edit and sign digitally, and monitor every step in the process on their mobile phones whether they are in the dealership or not.
